RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If the product is eligible, you have 14 days to request a return or exchange. The period begins on the day the package is delivered to the specified address (verifiable via tracking).
Returns are accepted exclusively for orders from countries in the European Union.
Eligibility conditions:
- The product must be new and in its original condition: unwashed, undamaged, with the original plastic packaging and tags intact, as received.
- Jerseys without customization or with player names and numbers can be returned.
- Jerseys customized at the customer's request with a freely chosen name and/or number are not eligible for return, as they are non-resalable products.
Returned items can be:
- Refunded to the payment method used for the purchase
- Exchanged for a different size or model: if the new model has a higher value, the price difference must be paid.
Additional information: Return handling costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Once payment is made, we will send the shipping label by email. It must be attached to the package being returned.
REFUND POLICY
The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. As soon as the payment system processes it, you will receive a refund confirmation email (usually within 24 hours). From that moment, the funds may take up to 10 business days to be credited, depending on the internal processing times of the bank or payment institution, which are beyond our control.
CANCELLATIONS
Once the order is placed, processing begins immediately. Requests to cancel or modify the order (e.g., size or customization) are accepted exclusively within 15 minutes of purchase confirmation; after this time, no action on the order can be guaranteed.
