- Exchanged for a different size or model: if the new model has a higher value, the price difference must be paid.
Additional information: Return handling costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Once payment is made, we will send the shipping label by email. It must be attached to the package being returned.
REFUND POLICY
The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. As soon as the payment system processes it, you will receive a refund confirmation email (usually within 24 hours).
