What payment methods do you accept?

The following payment methods are accepted: credit or debit card belonging to the VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and AMEX circuits. We do not accept PayPal payments and cash on delivery is not available.

What risks do I run when making a payment by card?

Payment is 100% secure; credit card data (number and expiration date) do not pass through our server but are sent directly in encrypted form to the Secure Server (SSL) of our Bank.

Can I cancel an order I have placed?

Yes, if placed within 2 hours of ordering. Just contact our Help Desk promptly via chat or at info@retrosoccerkit.com . Orders with requests made on other channels will not be canceled.

If I can't place an order due to connection or server issues, how can I order?

If you want to place an order but have difficulty forwarding it due to connection or server problems, you can still order what you want. Contact us at the number in chat or at info@retrosoccerkit.com with the indication of the items you want to buy (code, size, quantity, preferred payment method, delivery address, telephone number), we will forward the order and confirm it by email or telephone.

What happens if the product ordered is out of stock?

If for extraordinary reasons, at the time of receiving the order, one or more items are not available, RetroSoccerKit will contact the customer by telephone within 2 days of receiving the order, informing him of any longer waiting times to find the desired item and/or will propose to the customer one or more equivalent replacement items. If the customer accepts the replacement product but, within the terms provided for by the right of withdrawal, is not to his liking, RetroSoccerKit will bear all the costs related to the return of the replacement item.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free worldwide.

How long does delivery take?

Once the goods have been shipped, delivery takes 7-12 working days worldwide via express courier SDA or Poste Italiane. Times may vary slightly depending on the destination, but we guarantee maximum speed in processing each order.

What happens if there is no one at home when the delivery takes place?

The SDA branch will keep your package in storage for a few days and will contact RetroSoccerKit to see what to do. You can collect your order at the branch with our authorization or change the delivery address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide except for remote areas or areas with logistical difficulties.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking code. You can follow the status of your shipment using this code on the website of the courier in charge. If you have not received the code or are having difficulty tracking, contact us at info@retrosoccerkit.com .

Absolutely yes. All our jerseys are 100% original and certified. How can I know the right size?

To help you choose the right size, we have created a size guide available in the "Sizes" section of our site. In general, we recommend choosing a size larger than what you would normally wear, as the cut of the original shirts tends to be more fitted, following the exact specifications of the official uniforms of the time.

Is the customization shown in the photos included?

The personalizations shown in the product photos are for illustrative purposes only. The shirt will be personalized only if you specify the name and number during the order process. We use the same original materials and printing techniques of the time to ensure the authenticity of the personalization. If you do not indicate any personalization, the shirt will be sent to you without the name and number.

How do you guarantee the originality of the shirts?

Every shirt we offer goes through a rigorous authenticity verification process. Do you sell children's shirts?

Yes, we have a selection of children's shirts available in our store. You can easily find this category in the main menu of our site under "Children". Our children's shirts also maintain the same standards of quality and authenticity as the adult collection.

Is it possible to make a return?

Yes, you can return items according to our refund policy. It is important to note that shirts with the name and number of famous footballers can be returned, while shirts with personalisations (customised name and number by the customer) cannot be returned, as they are made to measure products. I have problems with my order received, what should I do?

For any problem with the order received, please contact our customer service immediately at info@retrosoccerkit.com indicating the order number and describing the problem in detail. Our team will do their best to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
