When will I receive the tracking information?

Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase only after the shipping phase is completed.

The tracking will be activated when the courier in the destination area takes charge of the package, progressively showing the delivery progress status and the estimated date, which can be consulted directly from the tracking itself. Until this handover, the tracking may not be available or active; this is an expected phase and does not indicate any anomaly, so no action is necessary.

The automatic update normally occurs after a few days, depending on the destination area.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary according to the destination country. From the order date, delivery typically occurs within 7–14 working days.

It is important to note that our products are not ready in stock, but are made and processed on demand. Our processing times are standard and constant; what may vary is exclusively the speed and operations of the courier assigned to the shipment.
