RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If the product is eligible, you have 14 days to request a return or exchange. This period starts on the day the package is marked as delivered to the address provided (as verifiable through the tracking information).

Returns are accepted exclusively for orders placed from European Union countries.

Eligibility conditions:

  • The product must be new and in its original condition: unwashed, undamaged, with the original plastic packaging and tags intact, as received.
  • Jerseys without player name and number customization may be returned.

Returned items can be:

  • Refunded to the payment method used for the purchase
  • Exchanged for a different size or model: if the new model has a higher value, the price difference must be paid.

Additional information:

Throughout August 2026, the returns department will be closed. Consequently, return procedures will be suspended during this period.

Returns not processed during the August closure will be handled from September 1 to September 3, 2026. Please contact us by this date: after September 3, it will no longer be possible to process returns relating to orders delivered between July 10 and August 20.

Return handling costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
Once payment has been made, we will send the return shipping label by e-mail. The label must be attached to the package being returned.

Upon receipt of the return, our logistics center will carry out the necessary checks within 5 business days.
If the return is approved, we will promptly issue the product refund or process the requested exchange.

REFUND POLICY

The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

As soon as the payment system processes it, you will receive a refund confirmation e-mail (usually within 24 hours). From that moment, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be credited, depending on the internal processing times of the bank or payment institution, which are beyond our control.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been placed, the processing procedure begins immediately.
Any requests to cancel or modify the order (for example, the size or customization) are permitted exclusively within 15 minutes of purchase confirmation; after this period, we cannot guarantee that any action can be taken regarding the order.

We therefore ask you to carefully review all details before confirming and finalizing your order.
