RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If the product is eligible, you have 14 days to request a return or exchange. The period begins from the day the package is delivered to the specified address (verifiable via tracking).

Returns can be accepted exclusively for orders from European Union countries. 

Eligibility conditions:

  • The product must be new and in original condition: unwashed, undamaged, with original plastic packaging and tags intact, as received.
  • Jerseys without customization or with player names and numbers can be returned.
  • Jerseys customized at the customer's request with freely chosen name and/or number are not eligible for return, as they are non-resalable products.

Returned items can be:

  • Refunded to the payment method used for the purchase
  • Exchanged for a different size or model: in case of a higher value model, the price difference must be paid.

Additional information: Return handling costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Once payment is made, we will send the shipping label via email, which must be applied to the package to be returned.

Upon receipt of the return, our logistics center will carry out verification within 5 working days. If the return is approved, we will promptly proceed with the product refund or the requested exchange.

REFUND POLICY

The refund is issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. As soon as the payment system processes it, you will receive a refund confirmation email (usually within 24 hours) and, from that moment, crediting times may vary up to 10 working days, according to the internal processing times of the bank or payment institution, which are beyond our control.

CANCELLATIONS

Once the order is placed, the processing begins immediately. Any requests for cancellation or modification of the order (e.g., size or customization) are allowed exclusively within 30 minutes of purchase confirmation; beyond this time frame, no action on the order can be guaranteed. We therefore invite you to carefully verify all details before confirming and finalizing the order.
