The Chivas Away Long 2006/07 jersey celebrates a historic season for Club Deportivo Guadalajara, one of the most iconic teams in Mexican soccer. Under the leadership of José Manuel de la Torre, Chivas won the 2006 Apertura tournament, securing its eleventh national title. On December 10, 2006, in the second leg of the final against Toluca, Guadalajara won 2-1 thanks to goals from Francisco Javier Rodríguez and Adolfo Bautista. It was an unforgettable triumph, built on the performances of Omar Bravo, Ramón Morales, Alberto Medina, Oswaldo Sánchez, and the other stars of a generation that thrilled fans of El Rebaño Sagrado.
